- Change to calculation: All proposal submissions are now counted, even if they will be revised to resubmit or indicated as a prior version in GMAS.

The New Grants Financial dashboard is now available for a first look review and feedback. This new dashboard has simplified navigation and views to support easier review and management of sponsored project financial health.

June 2025 Release
Harvard Analytics and Reporting Tool (HART): June 23, 2025
GMAS Accounts release, with enhanced data availability across lookup dashboards including the ability to filter and find by segment label.
Enterprise Dashboard Updates
- The new GMAS Accounts dashboard is now available. This new dashboard contains over 50 data elements specific to accounts, allowing for various additional analysis that were not otherwise available before.
- Bookmarks and saved customizations are now checked across the suite of Summary and Lookup dashboards. If a bookmark or saved customization may be corrupted by recent upgrade activity, an on-screen message will appear with a link to instructions to re-create, newly save, and discard old versions.
- Background permissions have been corrected across the catalog.
- The following dashboards have additional prompt and column updates:
- GMAS Receivables includes a revision to days past due calculation, so it aligns with GMAS
- GMAS Requests includes the new columns ‘Created by’ and ‘Sponsor tracking number’
- GMAS Segments shows select count metrics columns by default
