In support of this guidance, Harvard researchers can submit and manage Data Use Agreement (DUA) requests through an online system. Information about the DUA System, including process support, system guidance, and training will be regularly updated here, as it is available. Also visit:

System Downtime Schedule
Regular Maintenance
The system is expected to be unavailable at the following times:
- Weekly- Sunday: 7:00pm ET to 9:00pm ET
Weekly maintenence will bring the suite offline at 7:00pm ET and complete within this window of time each Sunday. - Monthly- Third Saturday each month: 6:30pm ET to 12:30am ET
Reserved for additional background updates, making the suite unavailable for a brief period of time within the window.

What is the DUA System?
Harvard's Data Use Agreement (DUA) system supports the submission, review and management of DUAs across the University.

Visit https://dua.harvard.edu to request incoming, outgoing, and other types of Data Use Agreements.
