#  Agreements Update September 27

 The Agreements support team is excited to announce the details of the fall configuration release. The release includes a number of enhancements and fixes to better support the user community.

 **Agreements was unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 pm ET to Saturday, September 28 at 11:30 pm to allow for the upgrade.**

 With this release, Harvard plans to add configurations to support Data Use Agreement review. Release highlights include:

- Minor SmartForm revisions;
- Additional Track Agreement Element options; and
- Revisions to the timing and content of email reminders.
